Framely is a screen recording application that runs entirely on your device. We are committed to your privacy and designed the Software to minimize data collection.

Data We Do Not Collect

Framely does not collect, transmit, or store:

• Screen recordings, video, or audio content
• Webcam footage
• Cursor tracking or click data
• File contents or names of your recordings
• Usage patterns, keystrokes, or browsing activity

All recording, editing, and exporting happens locally on your machine. Your content never leaves your device through Framely.

Data We May Collect

If you purchase a Pro license, we collect the minimum information necessary to process your payment:

• Email address (for license delivery and support)
• Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store card details)
• License key activation data (device count, not device identity)

Analytics

Framely does not include any analytics, telemetry, or tracking SDKs. We do not track how you use the application, what features you access, or how often you open it.

Third-Party Services

The only third-party service involved is our payment processor for Pro license purchases. Their handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy. Framely itself makes no network requests during normal operation.

Data Storage

All recordings, project files, and exported videos are stored locally in your Documents folder. Framely does not upload, sync, or back up your files to any server.

Children's Privacy

Framely does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we collect minimal data and operate offline, the risk is inherently low.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
