Free Version

The free version of Framely is available at no cost and requires no payment. No refund applies.

Pro License Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro license purchases. If you are not satisfied with Framely Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at framely.support@gmail.com with your order number or the email address used for the purchase. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

After 30 Days

Refund requests made after the 30-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a refund at our discretion if there are extenuating circumstances, such as a technical issue that prevents you from using the Software.

License Deactivation

Upon receiving a refund, your Pro license key will be deactivated. You may continue using the free version of Framely with all its features, subject to the free plan limitations (watermark on exports, no MP4 export).
